Leadership of Learning and Development Initiatives:
Lead global learning and development initiatives, incorporating gender-sensitive andragogical approaches. This includes Induction training and coaching for the new joiners and ongoing professional development for teams and Supervisors through regular training and coaching tailored to individual growth needs. I pioneered asset-based coaching and a hybrid approach to learning delivery that improved learning uptake by 40% on average across different regions.
Budget Supervision & Optimization:
Develop and manage learning initiatives budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing financial accountability measures to prevent fraud. This has led to a 38% reduction in the overall training budget and the establishment of clear accountability measures..
Collaboration in L&D Strategy:
Collaborate with Learning & Development teams both domestically and internationally to design, review, and refine training content and learning and development monitoring tools. I spearheaded the review of evaluation tools from rubrics that promoted rating of individuals as opposed to ongoing support and development to a checklist system promoting targeted feedback and growth for teams with clear expectations and points of growth and support.
Program & Stakeholder Management:
Noting effective stakeholder engagement is integral in learning and development success, I have fostered positive, timely and meaningful engagements with varied stakeholders throughout the initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting for the different learning and development projects. We have achieved 95% implementation according to plan.

Co-designed and implemented a comprehensive capacity-building strategy for both internal teams and external government official teams, aligning training with organizational goals while including gender-inclusive approaches. I successfully managed external partnership(government officials) engagement ensuring 100% involvement, uptake and cascading of the learning.
Budget Management:
Developed and managed all learning and development budgets for 2 projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget optimization. This led to 100% execution of learning initiatives within the budget and schedule.
Team Management & Leadership-
Managed a team of instructional coaches and government curriculum support officers through versatile leadership building their capacity through regular training and coaching, and effective delegation that led to the successful implementation of training and coaching programs.
Government Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement:
Spearheaded strategic partnerships with government education officers and organizational departmental heads that saw 100% successful implementation of Training and Coaching programs for both intenal teams and partners.
Blended Learning & LMS Integration:
Pioneered the integration of school leaders onto an online LMS (Leadnow), successfully expanding the training reach by 50% and attracting more partnerships.
